The 0.83 ± acre site is generally located 300± feet to the east of the Interstate Highway 45 and FM 660 intersection and is further described as 0.83 acres of land located in the Mason Phelps Survey, Abstract number 824, ECAD Properties #194063 and #188800 City of Ferris, Ellis County, Texas, and all matters related there to.
