A. Consider an ordinance of the City of Ferris Ordering a General Election to take place on May 2, 2026 for a Mayor at Large and two (2) City Council members for Place 1 and Place 4, and all matters related thereto.
B. Consider an ordinance of the City of Ferris, amending Chapter 154, Zoning Regulations, of the Ferris Code of Ordinances as it relates to boarding homes, short term rentals, and accessory structures; and all matters related thereto.(Presenter: Daniel Acevedo)
C. Consider an ordinance of the City of Ferris, amending Chapter 10, of the Ferris Subdivision Code, of the Ferris Code of Ordinances as it relates to traffic calming, easements, and fire protection; and all matters related thereto. (Presenter: Daniel Acevedo)
